TET Sadhana sells digital access only. Nothing is shipped physically and there are no delivery charges.

When you get access

• Google Play purchases: Solo, Pro or the upgrade unlocks in the app as soon as Google Play confirms the payment, usually within a minute.
• Direct UPI/card purchases: access unlocks in the app once the payment gateway confirms the payment, usually within a few minutes. You'll see a confirmation screen in the app and a receipt by email.
• Access is tied to the Google account you sign in with and works on all your devices signed in to that account. Study content downloads inside the app; it needs an internet connection only for the first download.

If access doesn't unlock

Open the app, tap any locked item to reach the unlock screen, and tap Restore purchases. If it is still locked after 24 hours, email support@tetsadhana.com with your payment reference. If the payment can't be matched to your account, it is refunded in full (see Refunds).
