Delete your account

You can delete your TET Sadhana account from inside the app, or by emailing us from your registered address.

Option 1: Delete in the app

1. Open TET Sadhana and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account, progress and group memberships are deleted immediately.

Option 2: Request by email

If you can't open the app, email support@tetsadhana.com from the Google account email you used to sign in, with the subject "Delete my account". We verify the request and delete the account within 7 days, and confirm by email once it's done.

What gets deleted

• Your profile: name, email link and UID association
• Study progress: answers, mastery levels, streaks, mock results
• Group memberships and any groups you own (ownership transfers or the group closes, members are notified)
• Device identifiers tied to your account

What we retain

Some records survive account deletion because the law requires it:

• Purchase and invoice records, kept for the period required under Indian tax law (currently up to 8 years for GST-related records).
• Records Google Play itself retains for orders made through Play, which are outside our control.
• Aggregated, de-identified analytics that can no longer be linked back to you.
